나의 T세포를 사용한다는 점에서 이전 치료와 다름 / 맞춤치료라는것에 굉장히 이점을 가짐.
process : leukapheresis -> manufacturing -> infusion -> activity
(manufacturing 하는동안 chemo 및 lymop depression conditioning 함..-> 내 t-cell과 manuf.된 t-cell이 상충되도록 하지않기위해 )
advantage
- HLA-independent antigen recognition, therefore universal application
- rapid generation of tumor-specific T-cells
- minimal risk of GVHD
- A living durg : potential for lasting immunity even after a single infusion
- selective modification of specific T-celll subtypes
- addtional modification capability of CAR construct
limitations
- cytokine release syndrome
- tumor lysis syndrome
- neurologic toxicity
- on-target, off-tumor toxicity (e.g. B-cell apalsia)
- off-target, off-tumor toxicity (e.g. agammaglobulinemia)
complications : CRS, ICANS -> evaluation :신경학적검사
